Fact: I am turning 40 in a couple of years.
When I was 25 I told myself that I will live on vegetables and fruits alone when I turn 30. It didn’t happen. Why? Of course, I’m happier with eat-all-you-can 🙂 Seriously, it isn’t easy as 1-2-3. I can’t resist all the filet mignon, lechon (roasted pork) and fried chicken wings in the world.
So now, I am telling myself: I should be fit and fab when I turn 40. I may never ever be vegetarian but at least I do something to burn all the fats intake or simply to be healthy. Health is wealth and that is one of the most important mantra I believe in.
There is one more problem: Motivation. A trip to the gym is definitely not as easy also as 1-2-3-go! Oh, I love waking up late or making impossible excuses just to skip any physical activity. It’s way way way much comfortable to be a couch potato than to be a fitness buff.
How do you motivate yourself to exercise? Invest in activewear.
