Outfit Inspiration: The Red Dress

I can’t help but marvel at the wonders of a red dress. It’s alluring, sensuous, sophisticated and ethereal. At times, a woman is in doubt that it can be very loud not to mention the stigma that red is the color only for the birthday celebrant (lol). The LBD (Little Black Dress) as a wardrobe staple should be nervous because the LRD (Little Red Dress) is about to steal the throne.

I am really sleepy now and I have nothing to say good or bad to this month’s covers of the Philippines’ leading fashion magazines. What’s new when they are the same faces on the covers over and over again.

OVER & UNDER COVER : MEGA’s 20th Anniversary Issue

The countdown is over and now MEGA unveiled its 20th Anniversary issue cover….oopps covers pala, with S!


What is a Mega issue without the Megastar herself Sharon Cuneta. Wow, parang wall paper lang ang peg. Instructions: Idikit sa wallpaper, balutin ang braso at magpakita na kaunting legs and cleavage. Pak!


Hello there Amazona Juday! In fairness, I love the animalistic approach of this cover concept. The hues of orange, tangerine etc is perfect. At ang payat na nya. GO Juday, idaan sa kembot.


Kung papayatan lang dina ang pag-uusapan, wala nang papayat pa kay Kim Chiu (appir!mabuhay ang mga underweight). Para syang si Xian Lim na nag-wig ng long hair, magkamukha na talaga sila. Note: Pansinin nyo naman ang nude pumps, they say just like the LBD (little black dress), every woman should have that kind of shoes.

So, sinong bet nyo sa tatlong Mega covers?

All I can say is…the subdued color blue background mixes very well with Iza's brown complexion. May K ka te! Pansin ko may cover ka almost every month (paki check nga…Over & Under Cover).

Well, this cover itself is already a "himala".


I really think Kim looks like Amy Austria. Peg ba si Ms. Amy sa pagpaparetoke ng ilong ni Kim?


Di ko type ang cover Ms. Supsup…I am not buying Metro's digital issue for November. Period.


I love the skirt but I am not getting the total look of the outfit for this Solenn cover. The khaki colored top looks like the uniforms of the maintenance staff in my workplace (kulang na lang jumpsuit sya, sana naka-hard hat na rin).OK! Fasyon na kung fasyon!


Sensya na, wala akong ibang makitang ibang photo kahit sa website ng Cosmo…Deadma na!
